We track strength, power, jumps, asymmetries, and sport-specific metrics using tools like VALD Force Decks, dynamometry, and running gait analysis. You'll work closely with your coach to build a custom plan that fits your performance goals.

Yes. Many clients start with the Sports Performance Package and add 1:1 sessions at a discounted rate. We'll help you find the combination that works best for your goals and schedule.

What kind of testing is included in the Sports Performance Package?

Monthly testing may include VALD Force Decks for jump and strength metrics, VALD Strength Dynamometer, running gait analysis, and other objective measures based on your sport and goals. We use this data to track progress and adjust your programming.

Do I need to be an athlete to join a performance program?

No. Our programs are designed for anyone who wants to move better, train smarter, and perform at their best—whether you're training for races, lifting at the gym, playing golf, or staying active as a weekend warrior.

How is Small Group Training different from Personal Training?

Small Group Training is led by Abby Steiner and focuses specifically on runners in a group setting (max 6 people). Personal Training is one-on-one and fully customized to your individual needs, whether you're a runner, lifter, golfer, or active adult.
