We've partnered with Strictly Running to offer small group classes for runners.
Led by 2x World Champion sprinter and CSCS Abby Steiner, this class is built to improve running performance, buld strength, and minimize injury risk.
You'll train alongside other runners in a small group (limited to six people) with a focus on strength, mobility, and stability.
Monday / Wednesday 5:15pm, Fridays 6am
Small group format (max 6 runners)

Designed by Doctors of Physical Therapy specializing in runners
Programming provided for travel weeks

Yes. Many clients start with the Sports Performance Package and add 1:1 sessions at a discounted rate. We'll help you find the combination that works best for your goals and schedule.
Monthly testing may include VALD Force Decks for jump and strength metrics, VALD Strength Dynamometer, running gait analysis, and other objective measures based on your sport and goals. We use this data to track progress and adjust your programming.
No. Our programs are designed for anyone who wants to move better, train smarter, and perform at their best—whether you're training for races, lifting at the gym, playing golf, or staying active as a weekend warrior.
Small Group Training is led by Abby Steiner and focuses specifically on runners in a group setting (max 6 people). Personal Training is one-on-one and fully customized to your individual needs, whether you're a runner, lifter, golfer, or active adult.
