FAQs

Have questions about how our services work or what to expect? We've answered the most common ones below.

Do I have to stop training while I work with you?

Not usually. We build your plan around your training schedule when it's safe to do so. The goal is to keep you moving while we address the root cause of your pain, not to shut everything down and start from scratch.

How is this different from insurance-based physical therapy?

We spend a full hour one-on-one with you in every session. No double or triple booking, no rushing through generic protocols. We work for you, not your insurance company, so care is built around your sport and your goals.

What happens in the first session?

Your first visit is a full movement and strength assessment. Depending on your sport, that might include running gait analysis, a TPI golf screen, or lifts on our force plates. We use that session to understand why pain keeps showing up and build a clear plan forward.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on your situation, your goals, and how your body responds. Most people notice progress within a few sessions, and many move into follow-up packages to keep building strength and prevent setbacks.

Why is this more expensive than other clinics?

Because we invest more time, attention, and expertise into every session. You get a full hour with a PT who knows your sport, access to pro-grade testing tools, and a plan that's built for performance, not just pain relief.
